September 19

 Today we had library! These books can be kept until next Tuesday when we have our next Library day. Just 10-15 min of reading a day at home can help us to become successful readers by the end of grade 1!

Both classes had gym this afternoon and we played star tag and ball tag.

In art we outlined and painted our humming birds we started last week. We cannot wait to show you on parent teacher night!

We had our first fire drill! Mrs. Nish has us working on our 3 S's for fire drills: Silent, Safe, Serious. 

We worked on the letter "p". Ask me what words start and end with the letter 'p' and help me practice spelling 3 letter words.

Mr. Graham's class had music while Mrs. Nish's class worked on finishing some work that was started the other day.

TOMORROW IS PHOTO DAY! 

Thursday evening and Friday morning are Parent-Teacher Interviews. If you have not signed up, please do so as most of the 15min time slots are filling up.
