Today in ELA we practiced writing CVC words on the white board. In wrote sentences about things I like and things I see. 

Jordan and Ducaine shared about their favoruite book.

We had a fire drill today and we did great! 

In Math, we wrote the number and 8. We showed the number 8 in many ways. 

**Halloween is coming up and we will let you know what is going to happen for that day. In the mean time, we are asking for a few pumpkin donations for the classroom. If you are able to donate a pumpkin, we will be doing some science and math activities with it, and one of them involves taking all the "guts" out. After that day, the pumpkin can be sent home with your child which you can use to carve for Halloween night! Gut free!! We do the dirty work for you!
