June 14

 Today , Grade 1s showed the Kindergarten kids the classroom and told them what to expect next year when they enter grade 1.
Students finished their Circle of Life art that was shared to us by Elder Shirley. Elder Shirley has been in our school for the week, sharing indigenous stories and teaching us to hoop dance! Next week she will continue showing us hoop dancing, with a big assembly next week to finish off her time here with us.

There are currently 9 more days of school remaining. As we come closer to the end, remind your child to check the lost and found for any items they may have had gone missing, like sweaters or jackets. Afterwards, anything left will be donated.

We are still looking for volunteers for Activity day on the last day of school! If you would like to volunteer, please contact us! 

**** ALL library books should be returned next week! If you have any overdue books, you will be notified next week as well.
